These recent Lake Greenwood Buyers would not have gotten this home had we not moved quickly. Timing is very important in a buyers market and when a property is priced right & the location is right there is no time to waste it's move or get left behind.
Hi, Sally We had a great few days in our new place. The sellers were not completely moved out by the time we got there. But we were able to move our things in anyway, it ended up working out well. We bought new bar stools and brought our new sofa and stereo also. It was great. Also the people that kept calling the other agent that wanted the house but hadn't gotten their bid in, in time came over too. Carl didn't want them to tour the house, but I was like--what the heck and gave them a tour. The couple loved the place and even offered to buy it from us...NOT!!! They were very nice and were looking at the place next door to us. We all had a good chat before they left and they really did love the house.
We also had many neighbors come over and introduce themselves. That is really a pleasant change from our area....where we don't know anyone hardly. It was a wonderful experience and we couldn't have done it without you!!!
