Finding her web site not only gave us a chance to work on finding a
retirement/dream home lot. but also gave us a glance at the town we wanted to call
home.  Sally has been there for us every step of the way. She took the time to meet
with us on our schedule. She went on more than one wild goose chase, seeing
potential lots for us when we could not make more frequent trips. Even though
most of our meetings have been via e-mail, Internet and fax, she was able to find us
the perfect land, at the right price, in the area we wanted. Now we call Sally more

Comments   Sally's customer focus was the most pleasant aspect of our search for
property. She went above and beyond to make inquiries in our behalf (as we were
remote buyers) regarding perk tests, surveys, etc. Couldn't have been more pleased.

 

 "My husband and I were looking for something special where we would feel
satisfied with raising our new son. We had looked a little and were not really finding
what we wanted. Then we started working with Sally. She showed us everything
that might interest us and kept us informed on a daily basis of anything new on the
market. She worked patiently from November until February when she showed us
a house we could be content in that was just going on the market. We put an offer
on our house the same day she showed it to us. There wasn't even a For Sale sign

Sally Morris was the real estate agent for the sale of my parents'
home after they moved from Abbeville to Camden. From start to finish, she did
an outstanding job. At the very beginning, she was very sensitive to the
situation of my elderly parents giving up the home they had lived in for nearly
50 years. She was very reassuring and patient as she explained the whole
process to them.

Sally also demonstrated a high level of professionalism in the way she
marketed the house. She advertised it in the right places and created a virtual
tour that presented the house in a very appealing way.

Given the state of the market, it of course took a while for a prospective buyer
to surface. But throughout that period of waiting, Sally was very positive and
reassuring. And when it came time to consider lowering the price, she
presented a strong case for doing so based on sales more recent than those
we'd used to set the original price.

Once we had a prospective buyer, Sally really went well above the call of duty
in closing the sale. In fact, given that my parents and I live some 3 hours from
Abbeville, I don't know how we would have handled the repairs required by the
buyer had it not been for Sally. She took complete charge of getting estimates
and supervising the repairs.

I've bought and sold seven houses and two condominiums in New York City,
Baltimore and Camden. And I've worked with a number of real estate agents.
Based on those experiences, I would rate Sally at the very top of the list.
