Greenwood climate is known for mild winters averaging 40F and summer temperatures in the 90F range. We enjoy all four seasons.You don't need to travel futher north to see beautiful Fall colors.

 

 

The mild October and November weather make the perfect partner for color seekers.It is a great time of the year to look at lake property too! With the leaves off the trees allowing you to see the lake from the vantage point of the road without having to walk every lot to see the lake through the sometimes dense

foilage. The trees provide much appreciated shade in the hot summer months but can make hard work for interested buyers trying to pick out that perfect homesite.  

 

The beautiful weather allows residents to enjoy the many outdoor activities that are so sought after.
