Sally became our agent in Greenwood, we were selling our home in Aiken and moving to Greenwood
I was familiar with her website and used it to search for homes in the area. She patiently took my husband and I through the process of buying a home in another town. Sally would text me all the MLS® numbers for homes that I may have missed that would be of interest to us. After looking at homes in the price range we had decided on we realized they were not living up to the standards we hoped for and on her advice we decided to look in a higher price range and quickly found the home that was perfect for us. She answered a million questions a day and repeatedly told me to take it one step at a time and one day at a time and all would work out in the end and it did!

For three years(!!!) Sally worked with us to find just the spot and property that was right for us. We would visit the Lake Greenwood area two or three times a year with a list of properties to view. And in between those visits I would email Sally perpetually with questions on various properties about location, lake depth in winter-time and the neighborhood. Sally never failed to give me her honest opinion on any property. She was never, ever impatient with the amount of questions or time it took to satisfy our curiosity.
Sally went out of her way to help us in person and by email. As I say, it took us three years to find the right home for us. But Sally never stopped her efforts to help us even though we were searching for particular things in a property. She kept right on searching, hunting and emailing us with suggestions and new listings even though we were slow in our own decision process.
But one day a property was found listed with a different agent other than Sally that my husband and I particularly liked. But did that stop Sally from advising us or seeking to secure this home for us? Not no, but heck no!!! Sally went to bat for us!
She advised us. She helped us and we now own this property on the lake. We are so pleased with Sally and the lake that we can still hardly believe that we live here now full time. Actually, we still feel like we are on vacation! How cool is that?

My husband and I were looking for something special where we would feel satisfied with raising our new son. We had looked a little and were not really finding what we wanted.
